I've searched the forums and couldn't find an answer, so here is my question. When I moved to Chengdu, China from the US seven years ago, I sold everything I owned, hence I have no domicile. I am planning to file DCF for my wife to immigrate to the US this year, but I don't know what to do about re-establishing domicile. I have no personal bank account in the US, only a business account. My US driver's license is based on my mother's address in FL, but she has passed and the house went to foreclosure. I have no other relatives remaining. Although the instructions for the I-130 mention "intent to re-establish domicile" there is no additional guidance. Also, there is a line on I-130 asking for an address where the beneficiary intends to live.
Any and all advice regarding how to deal with this issue is sincerely appreciated.
