Thanks. You know what? It may not be a bad Idea. It definitely cant hurt. That way they can have it when it is shipped to the Embassy. Many people were being sent home for not having their proper documents. But I really dont get why my wife needed an updated cenomar, due to us already being married. She got it shortly before we were married. why would she need another after our marriage. Its seems like a policy for policy sake only.

Ok here's the situation. My wife had her Cenomar, but it was too old (2008) So now she must get a new one. When they receive it Air21 they will send her Visa. THANK GOD I DIDNT BUY PLANE TICKETS!!!

Oops I forgot to thank Chis&Cecil.. sorry :-( I did get the email from NVC but they said only to contact embassy. I really had to call them many times to get a date. Tracking the DHL and signed confirmation really helped fend off the op who will certainly say " we dont have your records here, call back later for another 18 dollars"
