i know a women for 1 year and 4 monts and i have 2000 call i mean i did call her in that 2000 call and i have print scan and chat and love card and stuff you know that she sent me and she come to me for 1 month for see each other and know each other more and she stayd with me and with my family so

Yes, disabled US citizens can file a K1 petition. And disabled foreign fiancees can obtain K1 visas. It all depends on proving a genuine relationship.

they prob will not change anything related to the timing with the visa. Pregnant is common, sickness at first is common *unless she has problems* they usually would not consider this a cause to hurry things up.
