  1. hope i can bring the pink slip please pray for me thanks......

Hello...hows your interview? what's the consul question about u that time...and what's lacking how come you get the blue slip? hope u will reply...

  2. QUESTION FOR A FRIEND:

Okay here it goes, My friend had her interview last July 7, 2010. Everything is fine except for the lacking document that the consul asked from her, and that is the NBI clearance. (this NBI clearance pertains to her name BEFORE she got married to her american husband)p.s. she is married to a Filipino before and is already annuled.. so the consul ask an NBI with her name married to a Filipino. She pass it right away the following day at US embassy manila. Now, she is worried coz she still did not receive her visa, her question is does it takes a month or two or more for her visa to arrive? Does anybody here who has the same situation? pls kindly post your experience about the waiting time... (btw, she had a daughter with her american husband that the Birth certicicate is late registered in the Embassy...does this thing make it more longer too for her visa to arrive?)

  3. hello Vj's pepz..

How many Tax Returns do we need to prepare? is it really the last 3 years? even if the income is above poverty line? , and how about the pay stubs? 3 also is fine? thanks

  4. Hi

I have not had a good night's sleep since we got the interview date.

I wake up thinking "did I dot the I, did I Cross that T"

anybody else ever go through this ?

don't worry the laws of the world will never stop god's will, you'll be just fine it will all work you've made it this far there's no stopping now just have faith. :) :):innocent:

 this is the best words ive read for today! perfect!

  5. Most of the above post are incorrect. LOTS of people at USEM have been put on AR because of being late registered if they didn't have other evidence proving you are who your BC says you are.

They were put on AR and had to get the documents proving you are who your BC says you are. Be prepared to spend a couple months on AR if you don't have the following.

Baptismal certificate, copy of page in baptismal book, copy of the cover. School records, school albums, work records, SSS. Postal ID. Affidavit from Hilot or people who attended your birth.

Yeah lots get by with only the baptismal certificate but some don't like a friend of mine. She was on AR for 3 + months.

My wife was 7 years late also and took all of the above evidence and made it thru OK thanks to our friend.

Better to be safe than sorry waiting on AR.

thanks for this info..., I dont have any baptismal certificate since we are not catholic..is that ok? all i have is just those school records, school albums.Postal Id's..etc..

  6. hello everyone....Is there anybody here who has a late registered birth certificate (NSO)? Is this a big problem during the interview? or do they ask any additional documents? I wanna know if there is somebody here in VJ who has also same case with mine, during your interview did the CO ask you why your birth certificate is late registered? need answers.... (btw, we are filing for IR1).thanks

No, it wont be a problem. Just give a brief answer why you're late registered. The reason's written at the 2nd page of the bc. Just give that same answer. Dont elaborate more coz it might be the reason why they'll gonna ask u for more. Just bring your diploma, yearbook or any id's just in case they would ask for further identification of you. I was late registered too and the consul asked me abt it and i jst told him same reason i read at the 2nd page of bc. Got my pink slip after that. Goodluck on ur interview!
