along with the DS-230 form, even if she's never been in trouble with the law.

Hello again journey's: What i would like to know is, when the case is complete would the NVC send the I-864 forms

to the consolate where my wife will have her interview? Also, what should i send her for her to take to the interview?

Go to USCIS.gov website and then click on FORMS on the top of the page, scroll down until you find the I-864 and you can download the form and instructions. You can save the form on the pc of you dont finish it all at once and print it when its done.

Yes. If the child has been claimed as a dependent on the tax returns, then yes, he/she is a member of the household and needs to be included as such.

Keep calling, over and over and over again, until you get through - you'll reach the AVR - follow the prompts - you will put in your USCIS case # and it will tell you when NVC received it and what your NVC case # is.

Since you don't live in the same house, just one of them can be your joint sponsor. They fill out their own I-864 and state only their own personal income. (Choose the one who has qualifying income.) You'll need tax returns instead of transcripts, so the individual income can be verified by W2 and/or 1099 forms.

I really meant Western union receipts along with SKYPE video call logs.

I would like to know if its ok for me to send with the package, Western Union receipts as proof of an ongoing marital union.

You dont have to, for example you can use paper clips to keep the copies together, then to hold the entire package together you can use a binder clip. (I stapled all the pages of my US passport together, and held copies of itineraries with paper clips)
