  1. Nope Nope Nope

Go to USCIS.gov website and then click on FORMS on the top of the page, scroll down until you find the I-864 and you can download the form and instructions. You can save the form on the pc of you dont finish it all at once and print it when its done.

thank you (bernie c) for your respons

  2. Hello journeys: My question is this: My brother is the co-sponser, He claimed his grandchiled, He's 3 years old now, as a dependent on the last 3 years on his income tax 2007, 2008, 2009. but the child does not live in the same household. Does he still have to mark him as a dependent

on the I-864 Part 5 section 21 ? Please, any information about this would be a great help.

  3. Since you don't live in the same house, just one of them can be your joint sponsor. They fill out their own I-864 and state only their own personal income. (Choose the one who has qualifying income.) You'll need tax returns instead of transcripts, so the individual income can be verified by W2 and/or 1099 forms.

Thanks for your response. (pushbrk), so your saying that my brother and his wife CANNOT both be my co-sponsors, it has to be just one?

  4. Hello visa journeys. QUESTION: My brother and his Wife are going to be my co-sponsers,they file there income taxes jointly as one,

not separately. What i would like to know is, do they still have to fill out the I-864 separately? Also, on part 1. on the I-864,

what letter do they choose, D OR E? I the petitioner live separately.

  5. If you look under guides, it says to send to:

--o Petitioners who reside in AL, AR, CT, DL, FL, GA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, PA, Puerto Rico, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, U.S. Virgin Islands, WV, or District of Columbia are encouraged to file their stand-alone Form I-130 with the Lockbox using the following address:

    USCIS P.O. Box 804616 Chicago, IL 60680-1029

Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

I am not sure about the 2nd question you have, sorry. Hope someone else can help you on that one.

Thanks Love Rani, for your reply.

  6. Hello everyone, I have two questions: first question: I live in the U.S. New Jersey, where do i send my I-130 petition?

Second question: Regarding the G-325A form. My wife did not put down her fathers Date of Birth on the G-325A form

because she never met him before, her father never been there for her, so she does not want to know anything about her father.

would that be a problem with my wifes G-325A form?

  7. You dont have to, for example you can use paper clips to keep the copies together, then to hold the entire package together you can use a binder clip. (I stapled all the pages of my US passport together, and held copies of itineraries with paper clips)

This is a picture of my package

then I used a binder clip to keep everything together

Thank you for responding Terka, didnt know it was that simple.
