Next week I'll have my visa Interview in Buenos Aires for the category Unmarried Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens over 21. I wanted to know if anyone had this experience and what kind of questions they usually ask. Once I get my visa do I need to move to the States right away? How long can I wait to do so?

I need some help here. A couple of years ago my mother filled I-130 for me and my brother (unmarried children of US citizen over 21) Our priority date is approaching. I think it will be current in 1 or 2 more months. Do I need to do anything at this point or just wait until I'm contacted?

Hi, My mother is an US Citizen, she's filing for my and my brother. We now have to submit Affidavit of Support Form i-864.

I need advice with the following: My mother is filling taxes together with her husband. So, we don't know if he has to complete a separate form i-864a as a joint sponsor or not.

Hi, I'm waiting for my priority date under F1 category, 10 days ago I received from the NVC the Form DS-3032 and the affidavit of support fee. According to the Visa Bulletin, my priority date is going to be in 2 years. Is the date shown in the Visa bulletin exactly the current priority date, or is an estimate? Why is NVC starting to process so in advanced?

Hi everyone, I live in Argentina, a couple years ago, my mother (she is an US-Citizen) filled an I-130 - unmarried children over 21 petition - for me and my brother.

Last week she got a letter from the NVC asking us to submit $70 for processing fees and choice of an agent form.

Does this mean a visa number is available?

I'm confused, I've just checked our priority dates with the visa bulletin and they are not current yet (2 more years).

Any comments would be appreciated!

Does anybody know if someone can apply for a nonimmigrant visa renew if an immigrant family-bassed petition was already filled for that person?
