    Police clerance submitted

    Hi folks!

    I'm back,ok just a short recap my fiancé had his interview last sept,I accompanied him and everything went ok,thank god! Except that they requested him a police clearnce from Qatar since he worked there for 2 years..so finally the clearance came last week and he submitted it today at the uS embassy Manila, they took his passport and told him that he just wait for the package that they'll deliver to his house...

    We're praying that it's the visa so we can celebrate Xmas together..

    My question is how long it takes usually before he can receive the visa??

    He lived 2hrs from Manila...

    we submitted the request to qatar police clearnce,we followed the instruction that was given by the embassy..it says there it will be release in two weeks..is it really two weeks?im back here in the US yesterday because of my work..i left my fiance..i have no choice.initial plan was for us to fly back together but they requested for him a police clearnce from qatar.that is the only document that we need before the issuance of his visa.

    my question is is it 2 weeks before the release?

    does anyone here know how to expedite it?

    does anyone knows how to contact the Department of State Qatar??

    please help me im desperate..

    i feel so empty without him..

    hi vjers!

    WE SUBMITTED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE POLICE CLEARNCE FROM QATAR..HOPEFULLY WE CAN GETT IT SOON..

    ON THE FORM THAT THEY GAVE US, IT SAYS THERE THAT WHEN WE HAVE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENT WE CAN SUBMIT IT TO WINDOWS 17- 20, ANY MONDAY- THURSDAY FROM 1:00-2:00 PM.

    MY QUESTION IS AFTER SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENT WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP??

    DO I PAY THE VISA?

    BY THE WAY WE RECEIVED A TEXT FROM THE AIR21 GIVING US OUR TRACKING #.

    PLEASE HELP US. THANKS.

    Did you pay for visa delivery? About P210.

    You should have already paid the $131 for the visa.

    Yes my fiancé paid the 131 for the visa before his interview.

    He did not pay the 210 yet because he needs to submit his police clerance first.

    Qatar police clearnce

    Hi vjers!

    Good day!

    My fiancé had his interview this morning and it turned out well except that they asked him for a police clearnce from qatAr.they ask him if he worked abroad And he said yes.they ask for the police clearance from Qatar.

    He was given instructions on what to do and was advised to submit it to window 17,Monday -thursday from 1-2pm,as soon as he have it.

    Does anyone know if how long before a police clearnce be release?because we are planning to leave by the end of the month.

    After giving the document needed how long will it take before they process the visa??

    well my fiance called last monday they said that they got the package from the NVC last aug 7 and he was trying to make an appointment but was told to call in 2 weeks..

    can i do the scheduling??\

    can i have the # to call??

    Manila US embassy received our case

    Hi vJr's!!!

    I called the NVC Friday and got our Case MNL#..

    I advised my fiancé to call Manila US embassy and find out if he can schedule an appointment,he called and he was told that they received our case from NVC last aug 7,he said that the consul will review our case and my fiancé should just wait for the mail with in 2weeks,if he doesn't hear from them in 2 weeks,then he will have to cAll back again..

    Is this normal??

    How long before he can receive his appointment letter??

    Can he go to st.luke's now?I send him a scan copy of our NOA2..

    Please help..

    Don't wait on them to send you anything or you may get old. Go to this page and learn all you need to...Call them and see if they have your package yet and set an appointment.

    The petitioner should make the calls to set appointment they have tendency to tell the beneficiary to wait and call back blah blah blah....

    Hello thank you for your reply..he called yesterday and according to them they received our case august 7,he tried setting an interview appointment but was advised to wait 2 weeks..

    If I'll be the one to call would they give me the appointment??

    By the way I tried checking on the visa appointment website and put our case # it says case # not found..would I wait a little bit more??
