It has been a long time since I log into visajourney. Anyway, now it's time for us to file I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I'm going to post in both this Vietnam board and Removing Conditions board. (Usually, I received more friendly, helpful responses here back in 2007-8.)

Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding my wife XXX. Please also find a check for $545, application and biometric fees. My wife entered the US on a CR-1 visa. We are all happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife XXX.

Copies of the passports and green cards of my wife, an immigrant spouse
Copy of birth certificate of our daughter
Copies of joint tax returns for 2007 and 2008
A partial copy of our 2009 joint tax return

Copy of our health insurance cards and dental insurance cards showing a joint policy

Copy of our actual credit cards with same account number that we have together
Copy of Act of Donation to Marrital Community showing co-ownership of our house
Copy of Homeowners Insurance showing both of our names
Joint bank accounts with both of our names on them
Flexible Spending Account Statement showing our names
Dental claim showing our names
Copies of health insurance, dental coverage
401k Thrift Plan, Basic Life Insurance, Pension Plan with my wife listed as the beneficiary
Copies of holiday cards addressed to both of us
Family pictures during our daughter's baptism ceremony
Family pictures of us together throughout the years
