hey you guys in going to juarez in january and i want to know what i need to take when i go..... what papers do i need???? or what website has a list of the documents i need to take for my appointment!!!! THANKS ALOT!!!

hello everyone! im so happy we got an approval. now we are waiting for our interview appointment in Juarez!!

can any one tell me whats next? or what documents may I need to take to that interview, how much money do we need to take?, what goes on over there.

ALSO! alot of people tell me to waite till we go to the interview so they can tell us if he needs a PARDON. Is that true? or do we already have to take the PARDON to the 1st interview?

if they want a letter from me telling them they way we meet, does it have to be handwritten or can it be typed???

well we have a year and 6 months that we have meet. and thats what i put on the pawerwork as well!

i havent sent in the pictures or anything....i just got the letter requesting some sort of evidence... and i have to send it befor the 26 of this month..... i just had that question if we realy had to have 2 years of knowing each other or not.

I wish you the best of luck; but prepare yourself for a long, tedious, and extremely expensive process. You might want to consider moving to Mexico.

yea i know, he doesnt deserve a round of applause, but oh well what can i do, im the one that feel in love with him now!

trust me thats my last opption in moving into mexico! but i do counsider it an opption i might have to take.

You will definitely need a waiver, since the visa will be denied. Now, an important question: those times he came in... did he enter without inspection? or did he enter on a tourist visa and stayed? That will make a huge difference in whether he will ever be allowed back in.

he came in threw the river! the rio grand, not threw inspection

he never came in the us with his mexican visa, he always came in crossing the rio grand! And everytime he was cought by a police man and they would just put it in his record that he has been in the US illigaly but never marked as a felony. Out of the 5 times he was cought, they just put it on his record and returned him to mexico. But the last one he went to jail for 6 months, and they told him that if he re enterd the country illigaly that they would mark it as a felony! he hasent come in ever since! its been about 3 years since that!

it was not marked as a felony. just every time he got cought working in the us illigaly they just threw him out of the country.

what waiver do yall recomend to fill? or who do u think i can ask about it? alot of people have told me to waite till we go to juarez and that souposible they will let me know there! but i want to be prepared.

Depends what you applied for. Check the processing times on this site and the USCIS.gov site to get an idea of when it will be approved.
