I am just little concern of this friend of mine about her visa status. She went to US using Fiancee visa (means her and her fiance need to get married within 90 days) but then they decided not to get married yet, instead, the lady went back to her country to finish something (so she didnt have greencard coz they didnt finish the 90 days). And then i just heard that she is coming back to US again using fiancee visa(the same guy), she said she will have her interview this month. Now my question is, is it possible for her to come back here in US even she already came here in US for fiancee visa but they didnt get married?

I used the amendment form. I just need to gather the renewal of passport requirements plus the report of marriage duly accomplished form.

We did exactly the same as you. Listed our daughter in Part 5 and wrote US CITIZEN in the immigration status box.

I have already filed my removal of condition application. A friend of mine has just gathering the requirements and filling out the form, She asked me if she needs to put her US citizen child on Part 5 of the form. I told her I put my daughters name on it but i wrote US citizen under the Immigration status since it states to list all the children. Is there going to be a problem about my form? Did i do it right? or i suppose to put NONE.

Lol, i know what are you talking about. We are located in the center of the desert lol. Did you take a trip to the town, its actually a big town but small city, but soon the midland and odessa are going to merge coz they are building business and residential between odessa and midland by highway 191.

Any filipino in Odessa/midland texas??

I just sent my ROC papers through USPS today,i used the certified mail, it has a tracking number and a confirmation paper that they are going to send back to my address confirming that they recieved my package. I dont know how many days it will take to get there.

My 2 years gc will expire in april 26 2012, so january 28 is the beggining of the 90 days bracket, i am going to submit my application this coming monday january 30 and estimated of 3 to 4 business days it will probably arrive in USCIS in feb 4 or 5. Are they going to send our application back even though its already within the 90 days before the expiration?

when i got a job, my husband and i talked about the finances too, i have my own bank account and he got his too but both of us could access it all the time, i offered to pay the cable bill which is just 150dollars a month including my filipino channel..but then it has been 3 months already since i got my work but my husband is still the one paying the bill, i dont know if he forgot our agreement or what lol coz everytime i check the balance its paid already..so what i did is shop him some nice stuff everytime i receive my paycheck..and contribute a little when buying groceries...i also do send some money to my family and it is never a problem to both of us..

if she is really that hardheaded not to help..try not to pay any of the bill and wait till she complain..tell her u cant afford it anymore lol..i hope i make sense here...

I am here in Odessa, Texas originally from Consolacion Cebu. I got here on october 14 2009..We got married on november 25th...Everything is fine here except for the unfriendly weather...I am always wearing a jacket even i turned the heater on(gosh so called) I also experienced my first snow on December..that was unforgettable, my husband and i really had fun playing the snow..My husband's family are all very nice to me..from parents in law till grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins..my husband's aunt was always inviting me to go out wherever she likes to go..My mom in law also will take me out to her pool tournament sometimes..

And Just like you ladies, i dont like their food here too...Im glad my mom in law had found an asian store and glad the owner is a filipina..so most of their products are from Philippines..My husband got me a filipino channel too so that i wont miss the shows and movies there in Philippines...I dont feel homesick yet coz i talk to my parents everyday..they are 24 hours online.....

Anyway, i am currently working in a hotel here just a couple minutes walk from our house, i got so bored lately so i decided to walk in and asked if they have available...i worked there for a month already and never had any problems...in fact i have met lots of friends , mostly are mexicans..I am also starting to learn spanish..I will be working there until this week only coz i was hired as a call center agent at telvista..and i am going to start next week...I am also few weeks pregnant(not so sure how many weeks) we just found it last week..and everybody are very happy about the good news....Weeee our family will be complete pretty soon..

when i wasnt working yet..my husband was the one sending money to my parents....enough for internet connection for them to talk to me everyday and also some for food...they already had a sari sari store and a little piggery business there in the Philippines before i met my husband..I am glad my parents are different from the others, they will just wait for us to send them money or they never mention about sending them money..They continue working hard on their business..in fact they were my first teacher who told me that money doesnt grow on trees.....my siblings are already married and they are having a good life also in the Philippines from working hard....Since i got a work here i send them 150 to 300dollars every month, depending on my paycheck...sometimes my husband will contribute half of the money that i am sending..so theres no tention between me and my husband...I am so blessed....

the tracking number can be found in air21 receipt..wait for 24 hours before you can track it online coz i think they will activate it first in their system...not really sure..but i waited 24 hours before i can track it...

i used to get addicted to a online game called GrudgeMU...i have been stucked for 3 years to this game when i was in the Philippines...but now, seems like i graduated to online games right now.. lol so i switched to other activity on internet...

yep..you probably have 150 credits already..you will see that green font at the top showing you credits..you can have more points by adding some items that you are going to give out..any items..even those junk items you have..you can take picture of them and put it in the list item...put the name of the item in the title,,,put some description, and your location. you have have give it out free shipping, or local pick up or let the buyer pay for the shipping fee,,in that way you can receive more credits..and you can start using your credits to bid some other items like cellphones, digital cameras, electronics and etc...
