I was happy and surprised when I saw the mail on Saturday, didn't think that was gonna come so fast. I will try either tomorrow or thursday for the walk in Bio. In the letter there were both case numbers for I-485 & I-765. It was only really close to the number on the check, just the last number was different.

I keep on looking at the GC and can't believe it really it's in my hand and I won't go to school anymore (in order to stay with my family). Crazy - did you se the Visa Bulletin for Septemeber it's already Jan 2010 for spouse of LPR, which means we could have had our GC in our hand about a year ago if USCIS would have done it's job faster.

I am not sure about what to do. The ISO at the school is no help, she won't even talk to me in person or on the phone. I have to talk to other school admins and they have to tell me what to do. I was thiking maybe better try to transfer than waisting $350 in OPT. I have a little baby so I can't really work for now.

Oh, I hope that is the case. I wish it would that simple (NO INTERVIEW)let's keep our fingers crossed. Ususally they are pretty fast at least nowdays. Let's hope that's the case with you 2.

I have done the first appointment(monday)of the medical exam and Doctor is going to do some bloodwork. I have to go today to check the TB test. Doc told me to do three vacines

1. TD (done in 2004 for school)

2. Varicella (I asked my parent and they told me I have had it and scares for it)

3. MMR I only have one of them might have to go and do it one more time.

I sent NVC an email explaining that I was already here and I applied for AOS. I hope that my AOS application will not be returned to me. I will check the I-130 copy and see what I did write excatly and let you know as well.
