    Nekomyu, I sent my application on Friday April the 30th (mailed it really late) at USPS they told me it should be there by Monday or Tuesday. I hope that will be ok.To my surpise I received in the mail an envelope from National Visa Center on Saturday telling me to pay $70 fee online and Choice of Agent. I am not sure what to do now :)
