Hi evrybody again and thank you for all your important replies..I wish good luck to everybody..Well from all your replies,I think it is possible to refile again,so we need to gather more evidences and show that we are always in contacts for the next interview..We will refile to win time,because the timing of our seeing each other in morocco is good..Then I will vist my fiance in Morocco and for sure I will be with him in the next interview,this how we see thing now..Hope to hear from you and thank you so much for your support..

Thank you so much Monica,I really appreciate your replies..I think that what we will do,to refile a new one since the timing is good,we will send them plane tickets from the first visits an other pictures,I hope it will work this time,I have read a lot of were approved aftre refiling..I'm sorry to hear that you are in the same situation,wish you good luck..

I dont know which details do you want,I have said all:our K-1 was returned back to USCIS and today we received a letter telling us that the validity was expired and the case is closed..AS I said before,I showed all evidences at the interview,and at the end the interviewer said that he supsect our relation although he believes that we love each other and talk to each other..Now what I want to know ,is it possible to refile an other one?? Hi and thank you all for your reply and advises..About timing,I think it is good because we have seen each other on may 2009,that is why we want to refile a k-1 again.As I told before the interview was good,I replied to all the questions and showed all evidences:e-mails,pictures,and pictures from skype showing as talking on cam with time and dates...the CO said everyhting is good but he suspected our relation..So do you think we till can refile a new k-1,of course we will see each other before the inteview and I will be there for the interview.Thank you so much..

yes there was the interview and everything was ok with all evidences,even the inteveiwer said that all is ok,but he said at the end that he suspects the relation and de cided to return the petition,on the paper there was an X on:the case is returned to uscus for further adjucation..so do you think that we can refile a new now?

I got an -email from uscis (VSC),of course after writng to them many times, telling me that our returned case K-1 is going to be proceeded following the chronological order and they will review it..It was received on march 25 th and we are still waiting for a decision as they said they will send me a letter of their decision..So knowing that there is that expiration date,what are the chances of our case to be reaffirmed and how many time is will take them to review it,please do you know anyone with the same case that has been reaffirmed,I do really need your help and advise,so please write to me back..I'm waiting to hear from you..Thank you so much all..

I had my interview on january 14th,2010 at the consulate of casablanca in Morocco,everyhting was good,I provided all the necessary documents and evidences(e-mail,postal letters,screenshot from skype,pictures...),I replied all the questions even the question if she did vote lol..But at the end the interviewer told me that my case will be under further review and I will have a second interview when they call me..He said to me it is not something bad,but I want to know if someone had the same thing with his/her case,and what does it means exactly..I hope to hear from you and than k you so much..
