1 which state was bought from france in 1708

3 How many voting members does the house of representatives have

4 under the constitution, some powers belong to states what is one of those powers

5 what are two ways that americans can participate in their democracy

6 when was the declaration of independance was adopted

Then the officer reviewed all the application with me, confirming that everything was correct. after we finished all that she(officer) escort me to the waiting room to wait for a letter. did not know what it could be.

after 30 minuntes wait, another officer showed up and called a group of people including me. we were told that we were scheduled for OATH on Sept 26 @ 12:30 pm dancin5hr.gif good.gif

  4. Okay we sent in our adjustment of status paperwork in march (to remove the restrictions) We got biometrics in july-- we got an RFE last month, and now we have an interview. Here is my question:

    I sent in:

    (FIRST TIME)

    Photos of us together

    3 affidavit's

    our joint bank account statement

copies of envelopes we received together while married

    SECOND TIME ON RFE

    3 more affidavits

    most recent joint bank statement

statement from my mother stating we live with her and all of the bills/rental agreements are in her name

Copy of my i.d. showing address, copy of his id showing address, and copy of mom's id showing address

Okay-- We don't have property together

    we don't have health insurance

    we don't have kids

we don't have bills in our names

we don't have any car lease together (I own my car)

we don't have pay stubs from work (we are both in college together)

The only thing I might be able to provide is an itinerary for a trip we are taking in December to Denmark-- BUT I am registered under my maiden name because I am waiting until my passport expires to change my name.

SO, any suggestions lol? What should I bring?

    what about tax returns

  5. hello all,

today I attended to my Bio appointment in charlotte NC the room was very empty with five employees or less and one capturing the fingerprints, its probably why the apointment notices are taking way longer than others, but MINE are done for now

By they way I called USCIS customer service inquiring about my receipt number (EAC XXX XXX) showing not to be found by the USCIS online system.

the lady on the phone told me that the petition that i submitted(I-751)CANNOT be check online and then I was like  then I responded to her that I have several friend and a forum online that have the same case as I do and they check their NOA's number online without any problems

then she told me that uscis only notifies thru regular mail( a little rude)

made me mad and I just hung up !!!!!!

I will call again and see what kind of luck do I get

  6. Wow Eric,

I'd never dream of making such a rude post to someone just because we are concerned about our immigration status. I don't believe I'm over reacting because on the July filers thread nearly everyone has had a bio and many have already gotten their green cards. Perhaps you should read your replies before you post to avoid sounding so rude. This website here is for support and help and that's exactly what I was seeking....my intent was not to annoy you.

Thanks to everyone else who has been helpful, it's very reassuring.

++1 just try to schedule your infopass and let us know how it goes
