  1. I am a computer guy but this site makes me feel stupid. I am sorry but some of the functions on how to edit profile/etc. is pretty unintuitive. Well here is another.

I am sure that once I learn how, it will be amazingly simple but I am tired of clicking around. I have an album. I can modify its properties but one would think that somewhere in that 'area' there would be a way to modify it by ADDING some freaking photos!!

Anyone help me with this? What the heck am I missing. There are a lot of FAQs on this site and I think it is high time the developer who put this together whip up an FAQ on how to use the darn thing.

Sorry but I am frustrated. I know this is not supposed to be another Facebook but...well, anyway. -ck

  2. I think that for some reason people like to send in more than what is asked. Just like when your pulled over by the cops, only answer the questions asked. haha

It is amazing how clear the instructions are and then someone starts talking about 3 years of tax returns. I simply don't think it is needed folks. Where does that come from??

  3. The previous year's tax return or transcript is meant to demonstrate sustained income. You may wish to attach an explanatory note regarding your full-time student status. But your current income is the most important, and it's sufficient to meet the requirements provided that you document it.

I agree but on that note, in general, it seems that many people on this site are saying that you NEED 3 years of tax returns/etc. Is this yet another example of the 'send in more than you need...' syndrome or does somone have any hard facts (from UCIS) about this?

I guess I just don't see ANYWHERE that the I-134 requires ANY tax statements (unless self-employed). I just re-read the latest instuctions and it states quite clearly:

    1-statements from bank

    2-statement/letter from employer

3-IF SELF-EMPLOYED - tax returns from ONE year

4-additional detail of investments (if needed I assume)

Well, I make plently of money and can easily get my employer to write a letter and so feel fine with that.

Yet, my fiancee is freaking me out and won't stop the badgering. "All my friends say you need...brah brah brah"

Anyone have insight if she will be asked at interview (GuangZhou) because I really think that the UCIS guys get enough paperwork and NEVER appreciate more than what is required.
