I am a little confused!

For the interview must I submit I-134 or I-864?

What supporting documents would I need for each because I need a co-sponsor who will be my father.

In the case that I must submit an I-864 what would I use as proof of residency in my household if he really doesn't live with me?

What documents must a co-sponsor complete for the K-1 visa interview?

I am just a little ahead of you my friend and will tell you what has happened so far for us.

i received a letter from the NVC stating that they received the approval of eligibility from the USCIS. The first bill is $70 and you will have to send in DS-3032 choice of agent and address form. I know that an choice of agent and address form was sent with the USCIS form but another one has to be completed since it is with a different agency i suppose. I paid for and sent that form in this month as of October 6th. Amazingly 20 days later on october 26th i receive another request for payment. This one is $400 which is the IV fee and i have to send in the I-864 affidavit of support forms which i will sent tomorrow via Fed Ex. I sent the first set of documents Fed Ex as well. So that is where i am at, just two or three steps ahead of you. Concerning the website, the only thing that i have found so far is the payment online section, but that is not eligible until you receive your first request for payment because you will need numbers from that form to enter into the payment site with. I am not familiar with the faxing of packet three. I hope this helps because it can be very confusing. A friend of mine went through this with him wife about 7 years ago and he thought he was all familiar with the process and forms. Just from then to now things have changed dramatically. i will just be very happy once i have my wife with me and to be done with all of this. Please if you just let me know how things are going for you in the process. You may come across something that i could learn and we can help each other if and when it is needed. I-134, same as you (the Sponsor)

What about form I864?Not used until in the US.

I was reading through the visa website and came across that fact that the poverty line for the I134 is 100% not 125% and if that is the case I made apx. $200.00 would I still need a co-sponsor?

Sponsor must earn 125% of the federal poverty guideline (for appropriate household size) - active duty military can earn 100%. Am not sure what you mean by 'apx.$200"....

Actually it would be my daughter, my fiance, and my self. I had $18516.00 last year. I am assuming I need a co- sponsor, who will be my dad. So I need to fill out a I134 for both of us not a I864A contract for my father. Right.

Do I need his birth certificate for this or not.

Also sorry to bother, but if my fiance has never been out of the country does he need el Certificado Migratorio?

I'm getting ready to send in Packet #3 but is there a DS230 in spanish and what is the date of the most recent one?

You can find one in Spanish in the list of documents of the US Embassy in Bogotá web site. It has a 09/2009 date but you can still use it since that's the version the embassy is offering. Or you can use one in English if you prefer.

Where do I get the form to fax to the Consulate?

Also, what are the next fees to be paid?

I just so worried I've seen others timelines and they are getting approved and mines is just stuck. Its been 91 Days to my count and some people are getting approved in 60-80 Days.

Hey everyone, I'm a little confused!

I check online for my case status and it shows the NOA1 is dated for 7/17/2009, but it also shows that my case was last updated 7/22/2009. What can that mean? Does my countdown begin from 7/17/2009 (NOA1 date) or from the updated date?

I filed my I 129F on July 13, 2009 with the Vermont Center and I am completely new to this, can some explain to me how long will it take for my fiance to come to the USA. He lives in Bogota, Colombia.
