Congratulations! My fiance actually lives in Turks and Caicos and not the Bahamas. So, the embassy called him yesterday to get his email address. They are emailing him his packet today. Good news for us all. Does your packet indicate your interview date?

Our "NVC received" notice came in a letter about a week after our NOA2 date. (Oddly, I received the NOA2 and the NVC letter on the same day.) The NVC letter said that our case would be sent down to the Bahamas in the next 2 weeks. Therefore, it should reach the Embassy soon if not already (I hope). Best of luck to you and yours.

Hi Jeff. Just wanted to let you know to keep checking USCIS for a touch. Most people I talked to said they received a text message with the approval. I didn't. On May 1st I saw a touch on the USCIS website and today I received my NOA2 in the mail. No text message. No email. Good luck to you and yours. Keep us posted on your progress.

No luck yet. I called and they just told me exactly what the website said. However, I'm delighted my case was touched on Saturday, and 2 couples with NOA1 dates the same as mine received their NOA2 this week. So, my hope is renewed. It seems VSC is still processing December filers; so don't give up hope yet.
