  1. Hello everyone,

I've been MIA for a few weeks, but have good news...VISA APPROVED!!!:dance: Carol will arrive in US on July 17.

The CO had many questions for each of us, but the waiting was the hard part. Carol received her visa in Cali on June 29, 12 days after the interview. I am so glad that this is over and I can relax for a couple of months. Many thanks for everyone's help and support.

Congrats to everyone that had their visa approved and received NOA2.

    Hi Mark & Carol!

We will also be coming through Miami as POE. How was the airport immigration? (You can add your review of the POE on http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/poereviews.php?poe=Miami&dfilter=0

Congratulations to you both! What a wonderful feeling to be together again!

  2. Nevertheless, thanks for trying to help... Not knowing really sucks, and talking with you guys definitely makes us feel better.

    Thanks for the support

I love the first day of every month because I check Igor's list and feel like I've moved leaps and bounds closer to the goal.

Congrats to all December filers for moving up the list. Monday I will start my phone calls to ask USCIS why it has been 5 months and no response. If anyone else starts calling, let me know if you get anywhere. Thanks!

  3. Hi guys...

I am a December filer... But I am starting to feel very lonely here listening to everyone talk about their interview dates and their interview results... I am STILL waiting on our NOA 2, and we are really beginning to think there is something wrong (based on the fact that it seems like EVERYONE else on here has already received either their NOA 2 or an RFE).

I know that we are supposed to stay patient until the 5 months pass, but if anyone has any ideas regarding anything we can do to find out what is going on (or at least some words of encouragement :( ) it would be greatly appreciated.

    Keeping my fingers crossed...

Hi agquarters! Just wanted to let you know I'm in the same boat as you. There are still a few of us December filers waiting to hear. I know the anxiety you are feeling; patience is not my strong suit. My fiance is the least anxious person in the world, and even he is full of anxiety. Good luck with the waiting game. Let us know if you find a miracle way to get an answer. I will do the same vice versa.

  4. What extra details were required throughout the process (both at filing of I-129F as well as at interview stage) due to the TCN filing? I've only located one instance of TCN posted on VJ thus far.

My fiancee is a citizen of Malaysia. We met when we both moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands (part of the British West Indies in the Caribbean) 3 years ago. Still living in Turks and Caicos, we've applied for his K1 for the US Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas (this is the US Embassy that represents Turks and Caicos too). We really want his interview in The Bahamas and not Malaysia, because it would be cheaper (over $4,000 cheaper!) and way more convenient for the interview to be in The Bahamas.

    Many thanks, in advance!
