found the problem. he set up an account and timeline too but put full name. ooops.

I'm not sure which one you are or if I can help. But it could be when you first set up the timeline. Go back into your timeline to add/edit and see the area in the boxes where your names are. I just entered our first initials and didn't add our names. Try that and submit the changes and see if that's the issue.

Ok I think I'm wrong on that beause I just checked your timeline and it only shows your first name. I wasn't able to get your timeline before I sent my first email.

hmmm I tried that but its still didn't work. funny enough I had never entered our full names etc.. thats whay I was kinda weirded out by it. I will keep looking... thank you for your reply though

I am not sure what it is and how they have mine and my fiance's real name. Other ppl seem to be able to hide their last names.. does anyone know?
