Thanks sachinky... uscis sent my wife conditional green card, which suppose to be 10 year green card, i sent them back with explaination and now new green card is in process i heard it takes almost a year to get corrected green card.

Hi all. today the 26th and got call from amex to collect passport/visa. went there and just came back home... all is well. everything went smooth. she got the visa, and she is in shock with happiness. sachinky...khoob bhalo bhashi to you. thanks.

hi all. CO gave my wife white sheet with amex addresses for passport pickup, and said ur paperwork looks fine, and amex will contact you in 2 weeks, she didnt ask me nothing just my wife, no green or blue sheet given. now lets see what happens.

any updates how interview went,???

Well... the way this is going, NVC seems worst than USCIS, and i always thaught that NVC would be more efficient, BUT no. i am surprised.uscis approved my petition with in 20 days after receiving RFE. I have no idea if we would make it for NOV interview as well... because u see sooo many people went ahead of us in line. i wont be surprised to know after case complete the slots will be full.SUCKS.

hey sachinky.. good to see u got approved and in the USA. If u remember I applied one day before than you. lol and my case is still sitting at uscis and no approval yet.
