hello april filers...your aprovals are coming...we just got ours this afternoon...Thank God...
woohoo
Congratulations! It's so nice to see fellow filers from April get their happymail. I can't wait for our own.
Out of curiosity, any idea what number you were on Igor's list when you were approved?
...
And for the sake of all other filers at VSC, I really do hope the upswing in approvals is a sign of consistency there once again. Such long delays without reason is so discouraging, so here's to hoping that they keep doin' as they're doin'.
Wee, it's late. Happy early hump day to everyone. Almost halfway through August already, and that much closer to our loved ones!
thanks...I'm sure yours will be here before u know it...we're #892 from all petitions list and I think we were 210 on the unaproved list...don't be discouraged...wish u a speddy reunion...

ScottThuy: you are 259 on igor ..
Yes I just saw that, thanks. Waiting for it to update on the Berkely list.
hey everybody...what's this berkely list?
Hi, I am not really sure what it is myself as I am a newbie, but I did see it being mentioned in other threads. My understanding is that it is another list also by Igor but published from a Berkeley website. I am not even sure who Igor is but looks like he is someone who compiles a lof of information from VJ users here. I think he has some statistical software and analysis done based on the data we provide on our timelines and the processing times at the Visa Service Centers.
hey...I just checked it out thru the link on your messege...thanks 4 the info...

r u guys putting this stuff together for the interview abroad or for when u file for adjustment of status?
For the interview abroad
After you start printing everything, it's alot of stuff! Best to be organized when the interviewer asks for something...and it has to be passed through a little window slot so that's why we have the small folders/binders inside the big one...hope that wasn't too much info...lol.
not at all:)
what kidnd of things they might ask??
i suppose all will be listed on the "packet 3"???
Well the packet 3 is what the non USC will have to gather for the interview...documents, police records, medical and other things I can't remember right now. The packet 3 stuff is in addition to what I just wrote about the ongoing relationship documents. I think that's right, if I'm wrong someone correct me please.
We're both gathering info, but I want to organize it all and send it to my fiance to keep things clean and organized...paranoid, I know!
lol...not at all...thats good...I thank God for this website, cause I would've been clueless...thanks for your help...peace.
Well I only have others on this site to thank, but that's how it works! We help each other.
Good luck, and I'm sure Ill see you here again.
wow...this is pretty awesome...if only we could do that with the rest of everything...like the early church in Acts, if you know what I mean...
I hear you! It's the simple things and most people don't even take the time to be nice in real life...it's free and kind and it's sad that people don't realize it! But, that's life I guess! I'm determined to not be that way, and I know there are alot of people out there who think the same...maybe we'll take over the world with kindness! Ahhh a girl can always dream...
hey, all I can say is make your dreams come true...forgive me but I thought I was chatting with him...hahahaha...ttys
