hello can someone help me with this...i have a cousin who is unmarried but has 3 illegitimate sons...we are processing his documents now and i would like to know how can we bring the three kids with him to USA. do i just list their names on the ds230 and nvc will instruct us what the next step is...and is there documents needed for the kids...thanks so much

my cousin's petition is in the process right now, we are about to turn in affidavit of support. he is unmarried of a permanent green card holder, he has three young sons, no older than 6 years old, my question is what is the process or paper works needed to be done for his two older sons to come along with him. the petition is only under him....please help ASAP it would be appreciated

can someone shed some light to my situation, my cousin had an interview in June 09 and he was missing his cenomar which we past along to the embassy after a week. nvc did not request cenomar for his interview. until now we haven't heard anything from them. How long does it normally take to get a visa as such situation occured

I have waited a month because I don't have the CENOMAR, just hang in there.
