I am getting ready to send my from I 485 and I 130 together, but I live at a rent house at the moment and I put the address of this house, but I a moving out of here in the end of this months (september), which means in 15 days, and I forgot about it. I have the form 1 693 sealed in an envelop already. The question is Can I send the form of change of address together with I 130 and I 485?? Which form is it?? oR i JUST WAIT UNTILI MOVE AND THEN I SEND THE FORM??? WHAT SHOULD I DO??????????

here the deal. I just got married ( 2 weeks ago!!!), so I am filling out the form to apply for my Green Card, but my mom is missing me too much and she wants to come to America to visit me, but since I don't have the Green Card yet I am scared of her visit, you know. So, I was wondering is that ok if my husband write down an invitation letter saying that his mother in law is coming to america to visit us for 30 day and that she is going to stay at our house.

Please please help me..

Your mom can come, all your husband can do from your side is to send out the invitation letter to your mom for the interview.

One thing to keep in mind, the main responsibility will be on your mom, nothing much you can do from your side beside the invite letter. She has to prove to the consulate that she will come back to Brasil.

IF she has a house, bank account, cars, anythng that will prove she's intending to go back after the visit, then the rest is up to the consulate and a little luck. If you look around you might find a sample letter i posted awhile back, and there's been a few post regarding this subject, the visajourney search function is your best friend.

Could somebodyy help me out here???

Also, my husband is a US citizen, so that means his citizenship is american, right???

You would put your name (since your married to him) and list your maiden name as it states.
