I need to get a Certificado de Antecedentes Penales and a Birth Certificate for my k1 visa interview, it seems like these documents come in 2 types: nationwide and for international purposes. And I don't know which one of these types is required for the interview. If anyone has any comment please let me know, I'm dying here!

I've read that the USCIS call center has nothing to do with USCIS itself, they are in another building and they just read the answers from a book or something like that. So I wouldn't trust USCIS call center words.

Your noa2 will come very soon don't worry, at least you are in CSC, they are faster than VSC

I see CSC may fillers getting their NOA2s and I feel like pulling my hair to death I know how you are feeling, it realy sucks.

If you don't get your NOA2 in one more month, call USCIS, don't wait for 2 month like the lady said.

Wow it really sucks! I didnt know vsc approved 2 may petitions, why would that happen?

I mean I'm happy for them too, but vsc approving them 1st, makes april fillers wait longer and thats not fair at all.

It seems that the Calif. Ctr is smokin through the NA02's. They are half way through march and Vermont just started Febuary (according to Igors list)..

is this typical ? or, is there certain times of the year that 1 center is ahead of the other ?

Believe me I understand what you are going through.

I don't know what's going on with VSC, those guys are taking long and my fiance and I are dying inside!! We got the NOA1 on April 22.

I can't wait anymore, I'm also in Peru and he's in VA, we thought the visa was going to be granted around August but it seems like we were a little too optimistic. The last time he came was in May, and he's coming back for the interview, that would be the 9th visit.

It looks like our processing dates are very close to each other.

Any good or bad news you have, please let me know, I'm very anxious and our cases are surprinsingly similar, since ur fiancee is also in
