this is what has gone on so far in my case, if this helps:
i got the approval letter, i then got the request for agent form. you can actually email this back to them, it got accepted in 2 days.
you need to go online and pay the $70 fee for the affidavit of support, after a couple of days it'll give you a cover letter w/ bar code.. attach that to your affidavit of...
