    Hi shescott! I'm also a filipina who processed my fiancee visa application here in Singapore. I do have the same case as yours. The consulate is asking for the original copy of my fiance's divorce decree. Did you just went/walk-in to the US Embassy in Singapore to pass the divorce decree after you have obtain it? How long was the waiting time before you get the visa? thanks
