Me and my husband are filling for the CR-1. And when i was 16(now 19), i was arrested for shoplifting.I went to the teencourt program so it was expunged from my record or never on my record. Now my question is can i go to the states on a visa waver? and will the crime under the age of 18 be a problem with us applying for the CR-1 visa? will it be denied because of it ?
