Hello, I just sent my I-129F petition to Dallas Lockbox, USA. They received it on 4/19/2011. I received a I-797C Notice of Action(Receipt) It is May 6th today here in Las Vegas. How long should it take to receive my NOA1? I called Homeland Security, and they said it could take up to 5 months at the California Service Center before they get an approval, and than they send to NVC for final appr
