pls you guys.... update us with any infos, letters, RFE, or anything that you got from NVC... tried calling them with the phone number that i got but its not working i guess for callers from the US.

@mitch, sometimes you have to redial the number several times before getting through, but of course you have to make sure you are dialing the right number - 1 603 334 0700.

@ chesster: thanks dude!.. I'm contacting NVC 3 days in a row for our schedule of interview maybe I should try on Monday.. hoping that they'll update their system.. when was your case completed? our case was completed on Nov 30th.. =)

@mitch .. maybe you dialed it wrong.. i wonder bkit ndi ka ma-connect.. I am using Vonage and I'm here in the Philippines.. no hard time contacting NVC.. just 603-334 0700 .. in order to EASILY update with all the members here.. I suggest start making timelines..

I sent in my ds230 last dec.3, but i receive a checklist letter last dec.10 Although those documents in which they say are missing were submitted before which is my immigrition visa application(ds230)...how should i know if the nvc receive my packet IV and how should i know if our case complete? thanks i'll do appreciate ur response...gudluck to ur journey!!!

make it in a hurry sis, so you can catch out for january interview... they'll going to sched jan. interview this 2nd week of dec.

Any ideas?It also stating that the missing documents will to send it to Attn: DR...but the address i used on my ds230 was Attn:CMR which i read on the cover letter printed off from online after my IV bill cleared (I paid online)...what im gonna do now? do i need to send another packet for my ds230 and attach the checklist letter? im so confused...pls help me

I've been thru the same situation before. My wife (petitioner) called the NVC about this and the operator said just ignore the letter if the packet was already sent. Don't you worry, everything will be fine. Besides, i just failed to log in this morning.

i send my visa application (ds-230) with civil documents last week (dec. 3, 2009) to nvc along with coversheet which I printed from the website & today i received a letter from nvc saying that they has received & reviewed the affidavit of support (I-864) form that my husband submitted. however, they are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each traveling applicant to be returned to National Visa Center for review. what should i do? do i have to send another IV application (DS-230) including this letter? it also in page my case barcode...

how should i know if they receive my ds230?

Ho need to wait, as soon as the coversheet is available for download from their website go ahead and print it then send in your DS-230.

By the time they receive & process it the system will be ready for it.

depends on what case you have,im assuming you are CR1?here are documents attached to my DS 230.

1. Barcoded Document Coversheet.

2. Cover Letter

3. 4 each, 2x2 pictures (white background).

4. DS-230, 4 Pages.

5. 1 original copy of my birth certificate (issued by NSO).

6. 2 photocopies of my birth certificate.

7. 1 original copy of my marriage contract (issued by NSO).

8. 2 photocopies of my marriage contract.

9. Original copy of my NBI clearance (issued by National Bureau of Investigation) both original and personal copy.

10. 2 Photocopies of my NBI clearance.

11. Colored Photocopy of my passport Biographic Data Page.
