I read your comment about the K1 denied.I applied for visitor Visa and was denied after that in about a year. after that in about a year i met my wife . we applied for k1 and i had interview 0152010. we got approved in the same day. so the visitor visa is not the problem.

It worked! USCIS lost medical records so we sent in the new medical and Green Card Approved! Welcome letter mailed!

Just sent the RFE back with a FULL medical exam.. Hope this does it!

Hey Tasha! Have you guys heard anything about your status adjustment yet? They haven't touched ours since June 11th and no EAD touched since May 21st! Hope you hear something soon.
