Our Story
I meet my fiance through friends. I am worried about our K1 application it's because she was been petitioned by his x-fiance from Hawaii and she got approved last August 08. She flew from P.I to HI Oct.08 but then there relationship didn't work out. My fiance flew to Indiana, she choose to stay there while her visa is still Valid. She got a friend from VA and they do conversing over the phone about what was happened to her. her friend gave her number to me and we started to talked over the phone and after a week I invited her to visit me in VA. We had great time together and she is the wonderful person that I ever meet in my whole life. She do have a very good relationship with my 2 kids, which is I am proud of. We flew back in the Philippines together last Jan.09 and before her visa expired I spent 2 weeks in her hometown, there, I be able to meet her family and it's the most memorable moments that Happened in my life. I sent I-129F April 11 touched April 23 at VSC. Still waiting for the approval letter. I hope the first petition of my fiance wont mess up my petition for her. If somebody can help me nor can give me advice, please do!! We did the right and legal way and we do deserved a good response in our case!! Thanks very much..
