i am new on this site. we already filed and had noa1. my fiance had 2 previous marriages, he only had 1 record in US marriage and the other marriage in korea is already terminated and his ex is already married.he didnt have a copy of decree from his second marriage (korea marriage),he didnt have any record in US coz the marriage done and terminated in korea.is there a possibility the USCIS will find it out? his ex don't want to get one for him. and if the USCIS will find it out what the possible things will happen aside from being denied? thank you.
help please!

they need a person to deliver the payment personally.but sad to say his ex will not get for him. his ex is korean and he dunno someone from korea.
