For anyone in Tucson:
Looks like they don't have an issue with accommodations. We went to the ASC today (original appointment was 09/25/2012)and had the biometrics completed ASAP with no issues. Very nice and friendly!

The original appointment was not good so we walked in and had the biometrics completed early with no issue.

I received the appointment for biometrics, but it was scheduled during a class that I cannot. There is no flexibility with this class.
Has anyone tried to to walk-in early and has there been any success. This is specific to the Tucson, AZ location.

NOA received! Oddly enough the Notice Date is before the date the check was cashed. Also, according to USCIS website, the appointment notice for the fingerprints was mailed today! We are very excited and extremely anxious!

I went to the Infopass appointment and was given sad news; can't say I wasn't expecting it.
The lady said that the clock started ticking 72 hours after I entered into the US. Since this was back in late '07, I've exceeded my 180 days.
I'm now waiting for my first interview that has been scheduled for August, any advise?

I'll be sure to post what they tell me during the appointment. I hope that it will be of use to other people in this situation.

I married a USC. I scheduled an Infopass appointment for this week. I'll post a reply as to what I was told right after I get back from that.

I filed my AOS in May, the notification letter has a received date of MAy 25th. My Visa has been expired since January of '08.

My Visa says, "USA B1/B2 VISA/BCC." I'm not sure what the I-94 is. I've seen examples of it on this site, but don't recall having to get one. I always entered from Mexico (land port) and never went more than about 150 miles into the US.

I'm trying to do some research on my end before I leave. I really want to go, but do not want to risk my AOS for a trip that I can do later. I'm thinking about calling the customer service line, and/or setting an appointment via the Infopass. Not sure if that would be a good idea.

I have just received my I-512L letter; I'm excited and would like to visit my family. The only thing that concerns me is the disclaimer about the inadmissibility of this due to "Unlawful Presence. Does the time frame for unlawful presence begin when my Visa expired?
