Hello boys and girl , i am in loved with a girl from Boise IDAHO , and she is ready to come in my country and get married , and and we are trying to gather information about the steps we have to take and would love if some of you would be so kind to help us out .
We are reading all what we could from this site that seems much better then other and we want to ask a few things we couldn't find here yet :
1. We just met a few weeks ago , but we both know that we want to get married as soon as possible and be next to each other (apply for visa as soon as we get married ) , would we need to proove that we know each other for x amount of months or even years ( i have heard from someone that we must of known each other in person for at least 2 years and to proove that we have been sending mails , calling each other on the telephone or visiting this 2 year period) , and if that is not correct what are the real requirements
2. For that Affidavit of support , how much money will she need to be earning so she wouldn't get a refusal counting the fact that she has two underage kids that she is raising?
3.Are there any other obstacles that could prevent us from getting the k3 spouse visa for me ? Thank you so much in advance for all the answers , God bless you
