  1. My fiance arrived in the US about a month ago on a K1 visa. Since her arrival things have gone DOWN HILL!. I found out she was unfaithful numerous times during our visa process and do not plan to continue our relationship. I guess my question is how do i get her to go home. I have offered to pay for her flight but she refuses to accept the offer. She acts like a child most of the time and cant seem to realize that we are not getting married. Any tips on how to get her home, i prefer not to report her to INS. I know shes legally allowed to stay for 90 days.

  2. My fiance passed her interview yesterday at the manila embassy. She said it was a breeze. Does anyone know the cheapest/easiest way to book a ticket from Manila to US? I have run into some issues trying to buy a ticket for her online using my credit card. Also, can i purchase a one way or does the ticket need to be roundtrip

  3. My fiance has her interview in feb. at the US consulate in Manila. Her passport was stolen/lost about two years ago and just recently recieved a new one. Now i dont know if im just blowing this out of proportion but if her old stolen passport was used illegaly at some point in the past two years could it come back to hurt us during the interview. I just dont know how the consulate deals with people who have lost/stolen passports. Any Thoughts?

  4. My fiance recently have I-129F approved. He make mistake on date when we first met. He said first time we met was Feb. 13-20th 2006. We actually first met on Feb. 18-21 2006. I was in Hong Kong for for one month (visiting my sister) prior to meeting him and got back to philippines on Feb. 17th 2006. Will embassy know my exact dates of entry in and out of philippines, if so will this cause a problem at interview time. I know its a big stupid mistake but iam worried that it could cause problem. Should he try to contact us embassy in manila and explain the typo. Im Worried.

  5. I recieved my NOA2 in the mail the other day and it stated

"The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. It has been noted this is your second approved I-129F petition and as such, your information has been entered in a multiple visa petition tracking database. Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance, or if you would now like them to forward the petition to a different consulate. The petitioner can also file Form I-824, APPLICATION FOR ACTION ON AN APPROVED APPLICATION OR PETITION ($340), with this office to request that we notify another consulate of the petition approval for visa processing purposes."

My previous I-129F was for the same beneficiary and was approved about a year ago. I had to withdraw it due to unforseen circumstances. My Fiance still lives in the Philippines where the first petition was sent. Should I have my fiance call the embassy in the Philippines to figure out what is going on. This approval notice states nothing about my petition going to the NVC or getting a case number. I forgot what my previous MNL case number was. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?

  6. My fiance lived in HK with her aunt for 5 and a half months. She didn't work there she just helped watch her aunts new born. Do i still need a police cert from HK. The us embassy in manila requires a police cert for every county where the benificary has lived for more than six months. Technically my fiance only stayed for 5 and a half.

  7. I had to withdraw my K1 visa application a few months ago due to unforseen circumstances (I am the petitioner). When i withdrew the application it was already at the US embassy abroad in the Philippines. I recieved a letter which said that my petition has been returned to USCIS. Is there anything i can do now to reinstate my K1?
