    Raymond & Aileen. Thanks for your post. The Timeline for getting an NOA2 varies according to when you file and at which service center you file. At the time we were filing, California was taking 6 months and Vermont was maybe 10-14 months. We got lucky - ours was forwarded by USCIS to California due to the workload in Vermont. Just luck of the draw. Hope you have good luck too!
