  1. thanks kishore 1 know i have to submit Ds-230 for all 3 of us but do i put 1 petitioner birth certificate with each ds-230 or do i put 3 with 3 ds-230

If I have more certified copies (i.e. copies issued by original issuing authority), I will put one copy with each DS-230. If I do have only one original or certified copy, I will put original with main benificiery's DS-230 and put photocopies with others. This is best possible option.

  2. You have to file DS-230 for all benificiery candidates and have to include everyone's birth certificates, police clearance certificates. You wil required benificiery as well as petitioner's marriage certificate and petitioner's birth certificate as well.

Refer following link. You need petitioner's birth & marriage certificates for F4 category. This is something new and unbelievable.

  3. URGENT RESPONSE required, please reply...

All documents from outside their native country should be translated in English with an accompanying certification from the translator

What should be the text of the "accompanying certification"?

Anyone specially from INDIA, please respond. :star:

'Accompanying certification' means a notarised translation in English from native language of any certificate.

  4. Hi Tay,

Regarding your comment on above discussion ........ can you please share those people's experience (share the links) where you have read that their BC and/or MC were not acceptable if certificates are LAMINATED.

    Thank you ....... so much.

    K

I think if your certificates are in good conditions, they will be accepted whether laminated or not. May be if they doubt some correction after issueing certificate and before lamination, they ask for another copy. This is my filling. Anyone to correct?
