hi to all vjer's member's!

just wanna know who are the april 2009 filer's of I-130 petiton here, Lets share each other experiences so we can give encouragement to each other, coz i know waiting time is so hard, for me whenever i look on the uscis site to check about my status it really frustrate me :crying: coz its been 3 months since we received the NOA1 and until now NOA2 is not yet arrived, and our status still pending, but when i look on the other post of the other vjer's member here they got their NOA2 that fast?!

so that's why im asking here if there is anyone here who had the same situation like mine? MAY GODBLESS US ALL!!!

My I 130 received date is on March 26,09 and received NOA1 on March 31st 2009. I am still waiting for my NOA2. This is so crazy that USCIS make people wait this long for process paperwork. They need to hire more people to do paperwork, this is crazy for love ones to be waiting for so long. I am in the same boat as you, so hopefully...they will speed up a bit.

Yeah I am in the same boat. They received my I 130 on March 31st 2009, still waiting for my approval and NOA2. GL, hope we get the NOA2 soon.

Hi! Not sure about the senator thing but I sent mine my I130 out this morning! Any more April filers out there?

Any April CR-1 fliers still waiting for NOA2? The waiting period is for the notice is nerve racking.

Any March filers, I just sent our I-130 petition out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im soooooo happy!!! Taken us 8 months to re-file, but we did it!!!!!!

I sent mine out on March 23 ,2009 and got my NOA1 on March 29th. Still waiting for my NOA2. Does anyone know why it is taking so long and others are faster? Does the waiting period depend on which country you're petition for? I will call them tomorrow and find out if my I130 got touch yet. GL to all.
