Hello... i just wanna know how long will it take to complete a case at NVC from the time you send your Immigration Visa Package... and is there any signs, emails or what not from NVC?

Did your friend have a case number on the DS-3032? If not, they will not know which case it applys to. So in term, its useless then.

yeah, he already have a case number.... he made a draft but unfortunately he hit the send button by mistake... he his really upset because he was thinking that it might cause a delay or something like that.. what do you think? i myself dont know what will happen... thats why i told him im gonna ask my VJ family about it.

What do you think about the problem of my friend... He sent email DS3032 but it has not been generated yet? do you think it will delay the process of his case? or NVC will just ignore that email?

no dont do anything until it generated , wait for that to be generated and then send email . it will be fine

Hi to all my kababayan... please give me some piece of advice, i already sent all my documents to my husband a day after we received the I-130 approval and maybe because i was too excited and super happy that i didn't even noticed that i was not able to put my right thumb print on my NBI clearance.... so i was thinking to send my personal copy to him which already have my thumb print... i just want to ask if it is ok to send the personal copy of my NBI clearance to NVC? i was also thinking that he can send my NBI clearance back to me thru fedex and put my thumb print... then send it back to him... but its a little pricey especially now that we have lots of obligation... house amortization etc... thanks in advance God bless

A touch does and doesn't really mean anything. The file is scanned into the system any time someone physically touches the file - be it to move the file into the fileroom, take the file out of the fileroom, open it up to refresh their memories as to the case, etc.

Hello musashi!! i got my very first touched last september 4 morning around 8:00 am, then after 3 hours i checked my email and i was really surprised that i have email from the CRIS... yup approval notice came couple of hours after i saw my first touched.

keep on praying.. God is good all the time!!!

Just got email..... APPROVED!!! the past few days i was very very down... but now i cant even put into words the happiness that im feeling right now.. Thank you Lord! and for those still waiting for their approval... just keep on praying and believing that in God's time everything will fall into place just like we all dream of.
