My husband passed his interview January 5th and received visa on January 7th.. thank you everyone for the help that y'all have given me thru this journey.. goodluck with everyone else.... an advise for all who are just beginning this journey.. be diligent and pro-active with your case, research research research... and also ask questions... thats how i tackled this journey with no RFE.. thanks again everyone..!!! great way to start the new year!

I wasn't expecting to be assigned an interview date until December! checked my email today and there it was.. email from NVC... INTERVIEW JANUARY 5... I was case closed 2nd week of November.... wohooooooooooooooo! Thank You Lord as always.... i had to wait about 2 weeks for the IV bill to be available on the website...

just called avr, states that they received our ds-3032. when will they generate IV fee bill???

You should have it by Friday hopefully! Mine was 1-2 days later.

NVC ACKNOWLEDGE TO HAVE OUR DS3032 ON FRIDAY 23RD, BUT TILL DATE NO IV BILL. Call and was told by operate it hasn't been review into their system.

Question: Do the tax returns need to be photocopies or originals? Do they need to be signed? And does the I-864 need to be notarized?

864 does not need to be notarized,

they can be copies of the tax returns...

Dhel, the 1040, you mean your taxes... if you are sending copies, send a signed copy...

aside from writing the nvc case number on the top right hand corner of all documents on AOS packet, what else should i include writing??

I sent mine out today! I sent it express mail so it will be there on Monday. I only put the NVC case number on every page except the cover letter I printed out from them. I hope it was enough! I also attached them all together with an acco clip because I had alot of pages I included!

This 864EZ form is...pretty EZ actually!!!!! Glad I just happened to bring all my docs to work this morning at the last minute.

Im glad its working out for you I know it's all stressfull, I pulled the I-864ez off the USCIS website right after I sent off my I-130 I just did it all then, but I remember just filling in the blanks, I do have adobe so maybe theres something to it. I suck at computers too, I just hope for the best when It comes to pulling up info to PDF.

NO IV bill yet, but I haven't called the AVR since I gave them my emails. After seeing the wait time for the others it probally won't help to call so I will just wait as I can't do much after its paid. Its hard to stay calm sometimes but in our case we had to learn patience real quick and know that we will be together someday soon, and go with it. Hang in there everyone.

I'm probably going to get an RFE for bad handwriting on my 864EZ! I haven't even called NVC about the 3032. My hubby just emailed it last weekend, so I haven't really thought about calling. I'll wait until Wed. or so next week to start calling!

My AOS payment still says in progress The bank has shown paid for 2 days now!! What is taking them so long???? I want to show PAID too!!!!

And_Sam, your signature shows that you've paid the AOS fee bill twice?? Did you speak with an operator before doing this? I've read in the guides that we should not pay twice!

To add the timeline, just go to your controls and edit signature... You can type (or copy someones and add your own dates) into the signature block...

I suggested Adobe because that is what reads the forms perfectly. It doesn't matter which browser you are using.

Dhel-today is the 3rd business day for me too-I just checked and it's PAID! A couple of hours ago it didn't show that.
