but many a times I have truoble to get connected ,getting a busy signal . Have you

Please let me know how can I update I-130 petition .

I was a permanent resident when I filed I=130 for my

spouse .recently I became a citizen . I did call USCIS to

update my case .did not get any confirmation so far .

Also I did send the naturalisation certificate and cover

Letter to update the petition to California service center .

But today I got that packet back from USCIS . what

can I do now ? I really need your help ...

I am filing for my spouse ,so i was thinking that my spouse doesnt have to submit

the passport anywhere ,other than taking it to the interview ..Do you
