On the I-130 'Petition for Alien Relative'

Should my wife fill it out in her maiden name which is what all her ID's are in?

On the marriage certificate the top name is mine and the second is her maiden name with her name as my wife near the bottom.

She doesn't plan on changing her name untill November.

Yeah, I was under the impression it's AOS that I'm applying for, from visitor status.

When you come on the I-94 visa waiver. Is that also a 'V' visa? I'm just trying to understand the terminology a bit more.

While yes I appreciate the predicament I've got myself into, I'm in it.

I have read and am re-reading all the guides which are great I was just wondering if the list of forms that I am going to be sending off were the right ones, from reading the guides I think they are, but I was just wondering if anyone on here, had more experience than me and could say, in your predicament you are on the right track.

I am English guy who arrived on an I-94 visa waiver on 23 rd April 2009.

Me and my American fiancee got married last Thursday 9th July 2009

I am waiting for the marriage certificate to arrive in the next couple of days.

I am doing the immigration forms myself and am going this route:

I-130

G-325a

I-864

I-485

I-765

I-131

I-693

I'm going to do my medical next week.

I have read through a lot of guides but was just wondering if anyone in the know could let me know if these are right.
