I'm not sure where to post this, but since this is really for K1 applicants like myself and everyone posting on this K1 Forum. If this is in the wrong forum, please move it for me! Thanks!!! It would be nice if we can meet up in person for some hands on help.

As I am filling out the paperwork, I know for sure that I read it over and over and over to make sure it's right. But with someone who has done this before to look over your papers, it would be a lot less stressfull gathering paperwork and submitting forms.

So my question is.. Is there anyone in the Austin TX area who has filed their I-129F packet, and already received either NOA1 or NOA2, who would like to help me out and others out if there is anyone needing it???

You DO need the G325A!!!!

the foreigner needs to fill out the four sheetsand sign them and so do you andthey need to go with the application you wil be sending to immigration when you are ready to send it to them

Hey guys what do I put all these documents in? a Folder? Will the Post Office take care of it?

Are there specific requirments?

Put it in a sturdy envelope that they sell at staples/office depot.

Write on it in ink or permanent marker.

take it to regular post offfice and say you want to pay for singnatue confirmation service.

send it regular mail but ask for that signature confirmation thing.

Put all the documents in a folder with a cover sheet (optional).Make sure everything needed is signed. make sure your check/money order is included.

you do need taht letter of intent. im surprised you havent received an RFE.

What book are you using? the directions are on the form.. u dont need a book.

i think immigration is just slow. dont think there is a bias.
