i have done my bio on May 29, 2009. But till now i still cannot find my online status. should i make a phone call to the local office? I'm so nervous. Does anybody have the same situation like me?

Hi Summer_2007,

A lot of folks are unable to see their case status online. Did you use the number provided in the biometrics appointment letter not the number in the NOA. If do get to see the online status it will say case received and pending.

And i have got my green card in September.

Today, i received a letter from VSC told me that my application have been approved. So I hope that the application of my process below will provide some information for you and give you some help.

2009.04.16 post

2009.04.20 USCIS received

2009.05.01 USCIS cashed check $545

2009.05.05 receive NOA1

2009.05.14 receive NOA2: Biometrics Appointment

2009.05.29 Biometrics ( finger print & take photo )

2009.09.16 receive approved letter

Decision date: 2009.09.11
