    VSC told my congressional liaison that they will "expedite this petition" - does this mean our BG checks are over? How much longer will it take - knowing VSC expedite could still mean another month!

    Congrats to all who were approved this week i am sooooo happy for you... Its truly a relief to get the approval for NOA2. I hope the process goes by pretty quickly. For those of u still waiting for NOA, i keep u in my prayers.... I think next week will be your week. Have a great weekend guy n a happy safe 4th

    Congrats to all who were approved today...Hope VSC will step it up this week its would be nice to finally get approved. Thursday will b a month since they received RFE. I have seen where ppl get approved average 1 month 2 weeks after RFE. it would be nice to get the approval for my fiancee's BDAY 29.... Lets see what happens.

    30 days since VSC acknowledged receiving my RFE response. VSC has 30 more days according to them. All this over one missed checkbox.

      I'm glad and also saddened to know there are people waiting in this RFE limbo with me. I hope we all hear from VSC soon so we can finally move on. I think it is ridiculous they ask for 60 days to look at an RFE with a missed checkbox or look at an RFE for 2 passport photos. It's probably only five minutes of work for them.

      Six and a half months for us. A drop in the bucket compared to you guys but we're getting up there too. This is ridiculous.
