In my case I got the letter, email from USCIS and update in my USCIS account on 10/29/09.

But dicision date is 10/26/09.

I guess you get your account update and email from USCIS about 3 days after dicision date.

You get whichever comes first, so you never know how you get your approval news.

Yes, I did two times for early bio.

They don't care about your original date if the date is not expired.

I went a month earlier and they accepted .

Go there on weekdays ( but Monday is closed ) early in the moring.

I went there at 9am and very few people were there and it took me only a half hour.

Don't go there on Saturday at noon. It was so crowded and it took me THREE HOURS to get done.

So, you need to get the stamp only when your one year extention is expired???

You don't have to get the stamp.

Your expired GC, along with the extension letter, is proof of your status.

You can still anything you normally do as a LPR, including international travel. Just be sure to take both the GC and extension letter!

I have a question.

My GC will be expired on August 23th but I have one year extention letter from that date.

Many people go to their local office and get stamp on thier passport.

Do I have to get stamp too???

Everybody has to do this??? I am confused...

I just did second bio too. They say they were unable to process my first bio.

I had this last time too when I applied for the conditional GC.

I did 4 times over all.

Didn't your letter say " We were unable to process...." ?

If so, I think it is simply your fingerprints were no good.

But most of the time they send you the letter about a week after the original bio date.

It is so strange that they sent it to you after 3 months of your first bio...

Even though I have a proof which is the stamp they gave me, I dont want to go thorugh all this again ..

I have to call them , wait 3hours to talk to them, argue with them, send the copy of the proof and have to wait for thier letter for 3 months....and take another bio again....this is hell

I resistered my acconunt online and did bio 29th of July but I check it everyday and they never updated which is called " TOUCH" after my bio...

Most people get " Touched" next day after bio but why not me???

Did this happen to you???

I have being having hard time on this I-751 so far... first they delayed my original bio date for 2 weeks and I had to take bio twice...finally I did retale it then they never update my accont.....

I did also bio twice last time I applied conditional GC and had to do twice this time again.

They say they were unable to process my first bio, and told me to retake it.

My service center is Vermont, so those who applied at CSC way after me get approved faster than me...

We should add senter info too...

My original bio date was 7/8/09 but they delayed for some reasons to 7/21/09 but I did early bio on 7/16/09, then I got second bio letter for original date 8/19/09 but I went for early bio today 7/29/09...

And I went to bio today but I didnt ask for the ink one.

I thought that is what they think they need for me, right???

I am so afraid that if my second bio doesnt work again, I have to go through non-criminal record check from all the places I lived???

I definitely will try the lotion. I was going to go for eariler bio today but I rest my hands today and put the lotion and will go to bio tomorrow....

Do you think one day rest for hands is enough???

I am so upset but I knew the letter for second bio was going to come!!

They delayed my original date but I walked in for earlier bio, BUT I have retake it!!!

I dont know what to do anymore because I put cream on my hands and tried not to wash my hands too much last time I took it.

I forgot to tell that I had my bio twice when I applied for the conditional GC 2years ago because my fingerprint was no good.

But I totally dont remember how long was that after the first bio.

I am just amaized that nobodyelse has had bio twice. I thought it is common and happened to many people.

I just wonder if anybody got second bio letter due to your bad fingerprint condition.

Do you know how long it takes you to get second letter after the first bio date?

I am sure that I will have to get another one because my fingers are so dry and I use a lot of chemicals.

I set up my account and now I see my LUD!!!!!

My case is updated on July 17th... which is the day after my biometrics done on July 16th.

I hope I won't get another biomtrics notice since my fingers are so dry and my fingerprins always come out unclear.

My case status keeps showing the same screen since I checked on July 13th for the first time.

Why can you see your case online? Can you see something about your biometrics info?

I still dont understand.

All I want to know is whether they know I did biometrics.

They make mistakes ,so I am afraid if my biometrics was sent succesfully.

I dont see "TOUCH " on my case status and it seems no different since the application date.
