    Hey guys congrats to everyone that already had passed their interviews :dance:

    I have some great news too I passed my interview yesterday and now I'm waiting to receive my passport with the visa in it. The interview was very easy and everybody was extremely nice. It is such a great relief because I was so stressed and nervous about it after all those long months of waiting. My medical exam was the day before and it was pretty easy and went very fast too.

    We are so excited we only need to buy the ticket today and we are going to be together real soon :dance:(L):dance:

    Well now I am confused! Is it John or Desi? Anyway...CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I hope you enjoy your life together...full of love, understanding and alooooooooot of happiness :star:

    lol it's Desi :D Thank you and I hope the time flies by fast for you and you'll be together and happy soon :) I have my ticket now and I'm leaving on 31 this month :halloween::dancing: I just hope I receive my visa soon :)

    I'm happy to see that there are some of us already together and I hope everything goes fast and smooth for the rest :thumbs:

    Congrats to the new approvals. I'm so happy for you guys :))

    Hey guys how is it going??/ I have a quistion to those that have all ready got there hard copy? How long did it take for your hard copy to get the Consulate Office??

    I called the Visa Center and have told me it is all ready been sent by DHL on the 1, So thats been 4 working days. But DhL flys on the weekend. So how much time should I give them before i call to try and set up the interview??

    My packet took like 3-4 days I can't say exactly because when I called the embassy they toldme they had already sent packer 3 to me. After i got it I had to get all the papers for the interview together and then call them when i was ready to set up the interview date. I dint have to send all the papers back to them I have to take all of them with me to the interview. It seems to be pretty easy at our embassy.

    Called NVC, as per everyone's suggestion. They received our petition just yesterday and told me to give a call sometime mid-week to determine whether or not they had sent it off to the embassy yet.

    But it's good to know it's moving. All of the touches on USCIS's website was making me nervous. Another touch today still.

    That's great I hope you get out of there quickly :) Do you mean that you had touches after the NOA2? :huh:

    Still no NOA2 in the mail, so I can't call NVC to see where our file is. USCIS has shown two different touches since they issued our NOA2, though... no idea why.

    I hope everyone else hears some news soon.

    Just call them we got our NOA2 hard copy when our case was already sent out from NVC to the embassy.

    To all that are still waiting for NOA2 I'm praying for you to hear something ASAP. Good luck guys :thumbs:

    Ok...a happy update for our case :D As you all know my case went to NVC, I called tuesday and they told me it was in AP....so we decided I would call every couple of days or so. Something was nagging me to call today. So before I left work, I called and they said our case was sent to Casablanca on 9-09-09!!! I could have kissed that woman! She was the only nice person I've spoken to, and she was so happy. I was happy crying and she was saying "Don't cry, you're almost done now!"

    Then I checked the mail when I got home, NOA2 and a letter from the NVC!! We are soooo excited!!!

    What do I do now? I know to call the DOS on monday to see if the consulate has received the package and scheduled the interview? Or do I call or email the consulate? Or do I just wait? I'm getting everything together to FEDEX to Majid...I can't believe it!

    Wow thats a great news and it went so fast! :dance: Hopefully mine will go that fast too. Now you have to wait for the embassy to send package 3 to your fiance and gather and send all the papers and evidence to him. Good luck you're so close now :thumbs:

    Really 6 days???? WOW they working on it again this morning because the date changed one more time. I wonder why it one day for some and that long for us?? Could it be the country our future wives are from?

    I would love to know it would make the waiting so much easyer. Because if they had a list of countrys and just said, Okay if wife A is from this country you may take 3 to 6 days to work on your file because of SO & SO.

    I hope today is the last day and it will get done so I can give my BAby the good news. She needs it right now because her grand mother just passed this week,ANd her grandmother wanted to meet me so bad when i came back in for the interview. MY Anya was so upset and I could not even be there to hold her. It sucks!

    I doubt its the country I can see your fiancee is from Ukraine right? Well I'm from Bulgaria it's really close and if there was such a list I bet we'd together in it. My approval took only one touch but different cases take different time to process. Don't worry if you had a touch it could be any day now.

    I'm sorry to hear about her grandmother. I'll pray for you to get your approval ASAP so she can feel a little bit better.

    Congrats to the recent approvals!

    Anyone have an idea of how long it is taking Vermont to send files to NVC? I just called and ours has not arrived yet ... the call center person said to check back in two to four weeks, but it could take up to ninety days to transfer the file. I'm hoping it only takes a week or so.

    How's everyone :) I haven't been on in a while trying to gather all the info I need for the next step. NVC just received out case yesterday. I hope everything will go faster now :)

    Congrats to all the new approvals and to all the guys that have been touched hang in there its comiiiiing !!!! I keep my fingers crossed for all that are still waiting to get those NOA2s ASAP.

    We're so close to be reunited with the ones we love wooohoooooo :luv: :luv: :luv:

    WE WERE APPROVED!!!! OMG I can hardly type....I hope you all get an email today!!!!! I think I just ran around my house about 12 times...lol.

    Oh my goooodddddd!!! Congrattsssss!!!! Thats awesome and we got a touch today I am even more excited now when i saw you got your approval!!!!!!
