On November 29th my husband visa was approved. I will post details of the interview very soon. Thank you everyone for all the support and help.

Happy to hear everything is going great especially now that Carlos is here in CA. As for me well I've had some set backs because of personal issues but hopefully soon I can get done with the NVC and get this process going again. Take care.

Thank you for the link. It looks like many of the applications are here in CA. I hope so it shows up soon because its really difficult to call and get a human to find out what is going on with our application.

Well I just checked online and still it doesn't show. I think my case will never show on the site at this point. I have been trying to speak to a human at USCIS but nothing.

Yes I also live in Northern California in Walnut Creek. What about you? But in all honesty I am a native New Yorker and I still consider NY my home.

I submitted my I-130 also in December and I am not able to view my case on the USCIS website. When I called in December they told me many are not able to view their cases online. I haven't been able to call ever since though. Have you called and what have they told you?
