I dont think it should have any impact on your app, but you can double check. I had medicaid while my hudband's app was going thru ROC and we got approved today with no RFE or interview. It's not necessarily a public charge, public charge would be food stamps or somekind of assistance. Medicaid is health care, and they do emphasize health care for babies and mothers.

Hi all,

I am currently five month pregnant and considering apply for Medicaid for prenatal care and all that stuff. I am worried if this is gonna be considered a "public charge" and cause any trouble when I apply to remove my condition end of this year. Any suggestions?

I actually sent in over 20, spanning the 2 years, plus from our trip to Europe. I've seen here somewhere someone sent in like 5, I guess its up to you.

Thanks, that explains it. Many who came later went in front of us

and he didn't even glance at us as he walked by and made us

wait for about 70 min. on the second day. As I said he got it

done but I had to take 2 days off for something that should

have taken 30 min. She also had MMR & tetanus; he was yanking our crank.

Yea, as I mentioned before we payed $50 bucks, my husband didnt do any shots, because in Serbia they already gave him mmr and a Tetanus, so he didnt need the "TB shot". I just told the Dr. that he needed to fill out the form, and he did, but like u said we did wait in the office for at least 30 minutes for them to like print the sheet, a lil waste of time I say. He did take cash in the office, and I gave him 50 bucks and he gave me the envelope sealed. Like I sad, my hubby already had his shots done, so maybe thats why it was 50 bucks. In serbia, they give mmr, and tetanus when they do the medical for the K1 visa, which was still valid when he did his vaccination supplement !!!

Ja sam pre mesec dana bila na intervjuu ali za cr1 vizu,a sve papire smo mi direktno u ameriku slali,pa ne znam kako to ide za verenicku,znam samo da za ambasadu treba da prikupis dokaze da ste u vezi poslednje dve godine,znaci slike,mailovi,ako mozes karte a ako ne nek ti verenik posalje skenirane strane pasosa da se vidi kad je ulazio u zemlju,a bilo bi odlicno i ako si ti bila tamo,a ako nisi,nije nistra strasno.

Hello. I am somewhat new to the K1 visa process, and I have a few questions. Trenutno cekamo NOA-2, i htjela bi znati kakav je process u Americkoj ambassadi u Srbiji, ako je neko od vas vec bio kroz interviju process? Isto tako, sta obicno traze od documenata za Packet 3, i da li treba izvaditi internacionalnu potvrdu da se mozes vencati ili samo kod maticara papir ?
