    Thanks!! It took exactly 13 days.. do talk to a representative... (thats what i did) ... they may have your case number!!

    I check the status everyday too!! :).. I will update you when I receive my case number.. no luck for me today!!

    I have been checking with them pretty consistently as well.. no news for me... I believe it usually takes between 2-3 weeks... and if you are lucky, probably in a week!! the process is getting to me now!!
